后乡土社会视角下农民集中居住区秩序重建及反思--基于苏北的实证调查

摘　　要：随着乡村振兴战略全面实施及新农村建设深入推进,人口、产业、生态等资源要素在城乡互惠流动的同时,传统乡土性逐渐消解式微,如何重塑后乡土社会地域认同及整合机制是农民集中居住区重建的关键。基于后乡土社会理论视角,从地域空间、组织体系及社会结构维度考察苏北农民集中居住区秩序重建的实践过程发现,完成物理空间整合的农民集中居住区依然不同程度延续着传统乡土社会整合机制,使得现代普遍主义价值取向的地域关联及社会认同机制难以有效建立,后乡土社会样态的农民集中居住区公共性重建缺乏必要的社会基础。因此,如何突破制度红利型动力机制及行政主导实践逻辑重塑后乡土社会整合机制,就成为农民集中居住区重建地域公共性并顺利过渡到社会生活共同体的关键。With the overall implementation of the rural revitalization strategy and the further promotion of the rural reconstruction,and the mutually beneficial flow of population,industry,ecology and other resource elements in urban and rural areas,the traditional local nature of rural area is gradually declining.How to reshape the regional identity and integration mechanism of the post-rural society is the key to the reconstruction of the farmers’concentrated residential area.Based on the perspective of post-rural society theory,this paper investigates the practice process of order reconstruction in Northern Jiangsu from the perspective of regional space,organizational system and social structure.It is found that the farmers’concentrated residential areas which have completed the physical space integration still continue the traditional rural social integration mechanism to varying degrees,which makes it difficult to effectively establish the regional connection and social identity mechanism of modern universalism value orientation,and the public reconstruction of farmers’concentrated residential areas in the form of post-rural society lacks the necessary social foundation.Therefore,how to break through the dynamic mechanism of institutional dividend and the practical logic of administrative leading to reshape the social integration mechanism in post-rural society has become the key to rebuild the regional publicity of farmers’concentrated residential areas and make a smooth transition to the community of social life.
