摘 要:为提高大规模风电接入未来电网的风电消纳能力,基于电解制氢技术将氢能经济引入电力系统以期促进弃风消纳。参考虚拟电厂的概念设立虚拟制氢中心,组建由虚拟电厂和虚拟制氢中心构成的虚拟弃风-制氢联合体,在对氢气负荷进行简单分类的基础上,考虑新能源弃电过网费减免政策,建立以典型日运行成本最低为目标的虚拟弃风-制氢联合体经济调度模型。算例结果表明,虚拟弃风-制氢联合体在促进弃风消纳、降低制氢成本和碳排放等方面具有显著效果。To improve the wind power accommodation capacity of the future power grid with large-scale wind power inte⁃gration,hydrogen energy economy is introduced into the power system based on the power-to-hydrogen technology.By referring to the concept of virtual power plant,a virtual hydrogen production center is established,and a virtual wind curtailment-hydrogen production joint venture composed of a virtual power plant and a virtual hydrogen production cen⁃ter is established.On the basis of a simple classification of hydrogen load,considering the policy of reducing the net⁃work cost of new energy curtailment,an economic dispatching model of the virtual wind curtailment-hydrogen produc⁃tion joint venture is established,which aims to minimize its typical daily operating cost.The results of an example show that the proposed virtual wind curtailment-hydrogen production joint venture has a significant effect in promoting the ac⁃commodation of wind curtailment and reducing the cost and carbon emissions of hydrogen production.
