摘 要:立足于改善电源结构,优化资源配置,充分利用锡林郭勒盟风资源优势,对锡林郭勒盟特高压交直流配套7000MW风电基地的电力送出开展输电规划研究。结合地区电网及受端电力市场空间,指出锡盟风电基地的市场定位是与火电基地共同通过特高压交直流输电通道送至华北、华东地区;根据风电出力特性、火电出力特性以及特高压交直流通道的运行方式,分析锡盟风电基地消纳情况,提出火电灵活性改造、增加受端旋转备用等改善风电消纳水平的措施;综合考虑锡盟风电基地开发规模、布局特点、特高压站布点、配套火电规模、接入电网条件等因素,对锡盟风电基地输电方式、接网方案进行规划研究,建议锡盟风电基地通过5个500kV升压站汇集后分别独立接入特高压交直流送端。In order to improve the power supply structure,optimize the resource allocation,and take full use of the advantages of Xilingol wind resources,it is necessary to take a research on the transmission planning of the 7000MW wind power base in Xilingol.This paper points out that it is rational to transmit the power of Xilingol wind base to east China through the UHV DC transmission channel and north China through the UHV AC transmission channel;Measures are suggested to improve the wind power consumption level,including thermal power flexibility transformation and higher power standby level of the receiving end;Transmission mode and network connection scheme of the wind power base are planned.It is recommended to be collected by five 500kV new substations and then connected independently through 500kV network into the UHV AC substation and the UHV DC converter station.
