中老年癌痛患者灵性需求与睡眠质量状况及相互关系

摘　　要：目的了解中老年癌痛患者灵性需求与睡眠质量的状况,并分析二者之间的相关性,为灵性护理干预提供依据。方法选取2019年5—11月福建省某三级甲等医院收治的132例中老年癌痛患者为研究对象,采用一般资料调查表、中文版灵性需求评估量表(SNS)及匹兹堡睡眠质量指数量表(PSQI)进行调查,并对灵性需求与睡眠质量相关性进行分析。结果中老年癌痛患者的灵性需求总分为74.36±19.30分,其中维度"意义与目的"得分最高为19.94±5.95分,"与超自然的联系"得分最低为8.03±3.94分。中老年癌痛患者的睡眠质量平均为12.34±4.15分,与灵性需求总分及各维度得分具有相关性(P<0.05)。多因素分析结果显示,灵性需求总分越高,睡眠质量总分越低,睡眠质量越好(P<0.05)。结论中老年癌痛患者灵性需求与睡眠质量总分呈负相关,应关注灵性需求影响因素,通过满足灵性需求,改善睡眠,提高生活质量。Objective To understand the spiritual needs and sleep quality of middle-aged and elderly patients with cancer pain,and analyze the correlation between the two factors,to provide basis for spiritual nursing intervention.Methods A total of 132 middle-aged and elderly patients with cancer pain admitted in a ClassⅢGrade A hospital in Fujian province from May to November 2019 were selected as the research subjects.General data questionnaire,Chinese version of Spiritual Needs Assessment Scale(SNS)and Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index(PSQI)were used to investigate,and the correlation between spiritual needs and sleep quality were analyzed.Results The total score of spiritual needs of middle-aged and elderly cancer pain patients was 74.36±19.30 points,the highest score of"meaning and purpose"was 19.94±5.95 points,and the lowest score of"connection with the supernatural"was 8.03±3.94 points.The average sleep quality of middle-aged and elderly patients with cancer pain was 12.34±4.15 points,which was correlated with the total score of spiritual needs and the scores of all dimensions(P<0.05).Multivariate analysis showed that the higher the total score of spiritual needs,the lower the total score of sleep quality,the better the sleep quality(P<0.05).Conclusion The spiritual needs of middle-aged and elderly patients with cancer pain were negatively correlated with the total score of sleep quality,attention should be paid to the infl uencing factors of spiritual needs,improve sleep and life quality by satisfying spiritual needs.
