白血病患儿化疗期中应用焦点护理的效果观察

摘　　要：目的探讨白血病患儿化疗期中焦点护理对感染防护及生活质量的干预效果。方法选取于2019年6月—2021年3月在医院收治的202例白血病患儿为研究对象,所有患儿均接受化疗。按照组间基本特征具有可比性的原则将其分为对照组及观察组,每组101例。对照组给予常规护理,观察组在对照组基础上给予焦点护理干预。比较两组患儿的感染情况、骨髓造血功能恢复情况及生活质量。结果焦点护理干预后,观察组的感染发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组的红细胞指标明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组患儿护理前的生活质量评分差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);护理后两组生活质量评分均有改善,且观察组优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在白血病患儿化疗期间应用焦点护理,可有效减少患儿的感染发生率,提高患儿的生活质量。Objective To explore the intervention effect of focus nursing on infection protection and quality of life in children with leukemia during chemotherapy. Methods A total of 202 children with leukemia admitted in the hospital from June 2019 to March 2021 were selected as the study subjects. All children received chemotherapy. According to the principle of comparability of basic characteristics between groups, they were divided into a control group and an observation group, with 101 cases in each group. The control group was given routine nursing, the observation group was given the focus nursing intervention based on the control group. The infection, recovery of bone marrow hematopoietic function and quality of life were compared between two groups.Results After focus nursing intervention, the incidence of infection in the observation group was lower than the control group, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). The erythrocyte index of observation group was significantly lower than the control group, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). There was no significant difference in quality of life score before nursing between the two groups(P>0.05). After nursing, the quality of life scores of two groups were improved, the observation group was better than the control group, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion Focus nursing could effectively reduce the incidence of infection and improve the quality of life of children with leukemia during chemotherapy.
