摘 要:采用孔隙率分别为20%、25%、30%的火山石生态混凝土对生活污水中的氨氮、TN、TP、CODcr进行净化研究,并在实际水塘工程中将3组不同孔隙率火山石混凝土制成现浇生态混凝土和预制方形砌块进行室外植生研究。结果表明:720 h后,孔隙率为30%的生态混凝土对污水中的氨氮、TN、TP、CODcr的去除率分别为77.6%、58.1%、79.8%、85.7%。植生试验中,孔隙率为30%的火山石生态混凝土植生效果最好,60 d植物生长高度达到38.5 cm;孔隙率为25%、20%的火山石生态混凝土60 d植物生长高度分别为29.0、25.2 cm,预制方形砌块60 d植物生长高度最高为37 cm。火山石生态混凝土适用于强度要求不高的水塘工程或河岸边坡,在有一定强度的同时对水质净化有一定效果。Three groups of 20%,25%and 30%porosity lava-rock ecological concrete were used to purify ammonia nitrogen,TN,TP and CODcr in domestic sewage.And three groups of porosity lava-rock concrete were made into cast-in-place ecological concrete and prefabricated square blocks in the actual pool engineering for outdoor planting research.The results show that after 720 h,the removal rate of 30%porosity lava-rock ecological concrete to ammonia nitrogen,TN,TP and CODcr in domestic sewage was 77.6%,58.1%,79.8%,85.7%,respectively.In the planting test,the planting effect of the lava-rock ecological concrete with a porosity of 30%was the best,and the plant height reached 38.5 cm in 60 d.The plant height of the lava-rock ecological concrete with a porosity of 20%and 25%was 29.0 cm and 25.2 cm in 60 d,and that of the prefabricated square block was 37 cm in 60 d.By comprehensive comparison,lava-rock ecological concrete is suitable for pond engineering or bank slope with low strength requirement.It has certain strength and has certain effect on water purification.
