摘 要:以用后耐火材料(废镁铝尖晶石砖)处理得到的剥离钢渣及废镁铝尖晶石为主要原料,辅以水泥制备免烧型路面砖。研究了原料配比、制备工艺对免烧砖微观结构和力学性能的影响规律。得到废镁铝尖晶石砖基免烧砖的优化原料配比和制备工艺为:剥离钢渣和废镁铝尖晶石占总料的90%,水泥10%,成型压力15 MPa。制得的固废基免烧砖常温养护28 d最高抗压、抗折强度分别为9.57、4.86 MPa。This paper studied the preparation of non-burning brick by using used magnesia aluminum spinel brick stripped steel slag and used magnesia aluminum spinel as the main raw materials,supplemented with cement.The influence law of raw material ratio and preparation process on the microstructure and mechanical properties of unburned bricks was mainly studied.Optimal raw material ratio and preparation process for the waste magnesia-alumina spinel brick-based non-burning bricks were obtained.The stripped steel slag and used magnesium aluminum spinel accounted for 90%of the total material,cement 10%,molding pressure 15 MPa,room temperature curing for 28 d.The highest compressive strength and flexural strength of the prepared solid waste-based unburned bricks were 9.57 MPa and 4.86 MPa,respectively.
