摘 要:通过有限元二维传热模拟,对装配式超低能耗建筑外墙板拼缝处存在的热桥进行研究,探究发泡聚氨酯的填充位置与填充厚度对断热桥效果的影响。研究表明,当发泡聚氨酯填充于保温层中央和保温层靠近室内一侧时,填充厚度110 mm可实现断热桥要求,但后者通过墙板的热流量较前者提高了约6%,室内热损失更大。当发泡聚氨酯填充于保温层靠近室外一侧时,110 mm的填充厚度无法实现断热桥要求。在发泡聚氨酯填充厚度相同时,填充于保温层中央时墙板的热流损失最低,室内通过拼缝处向外界的散热量最少。This paper studied the thermal bridges at the connection nodes of external walls in prefabricated ultra-low energy buildings with two-dimensional heat transfer simulation.How filling position and filling thickness of the foam polyurethane affect the result of breaking thermal bridge was explored.Study showed that when foam polyurethane filled in the center or close to the room side of the insulation layer,thermal-bridge-free demand could be met with 110 mm foam polyurethane thickness.However,the heat flow would increase by nearly 6%for the latter,which means more indoor heat loss.When the foam polyurethane filled on the insulation layer close to the outside,thermal-bridge-free demand could not be met with 110 mm foam polyurethane thickness.Besides,with the same filling thickness,the center of the insulation layer could be the best filling position,which led to less heat dissipation through the vertical joint.
