摘  要:常规水性防水涂料在应用过程中耐水性能不佳,在长期浸水环境下会出现溶胀起泡、力学性能衰减等问题。在对产品耐水性能分析的基础上,探寻了水分子对防水涂膜的破坏机理,采用交联型聚合物乳液制备了一种新型防水涂料,该涂料在成膜过程中亲水基团能够进行可控的后交联反应,最终呈现具有疏水性且有一定交联程度的密实涂膜。通过应用对比研究发现,制备的高耐水聚合物防水涂料不仅具有优异的耐水性能,长期浸水下不溶胀起泡,而且环保性能极佳。Conventional water-based waterproof coatings have poor water resistance in the application process.After long-term immersion,there will be problems such as swelling and foaming,attenuation of mechanical properties and so on.Based on the analysis of water resistance of products,the failure mechanism of water molecules on waterproof coating was explored.A new type of waterproof coating was prepared by cross-linked polymer emulsion.During the film forming process,the hydrophilic group could be controlled by post crosslinking reaction,and finally showed a hydrophobic coating with a certain degree of crosslinking.Through the application and comparative study,it is found that it not only has excellent water resistance,does not swell and bubble under long-term immersion,but also has excellent environmental protection performance.
