摘　　要：目的探讨门冬氨酸转氨酶(AST)、丙氨酸转氨酶(ALT)与γ谷氨酰基转移酶(γ-GT)在肝硬化患者中的变化及临床意义。方法选取2019年1月至2020年12月中山大学附属第三医院粤东医院检验科收治的40例肝硬化患者作为试验组,选择同期于中山大学附属第三医院粤东医院体检的40例健康人群作为对照组,分别实施AST、ALT与γ-GT检验,比较两组的AST、ALT、γ-GT、胆碱酯酶(CHE)、总蛋白(TP)、白蛋白(ALB)、白蛋白与球蛋白比值(A/G)、甲胎蛋白(AFP)、谷氨酸脱氢酶(GLDH)、腺苷脱氨酶(ADA)、a-岩藻糖苷酶(AFU)、J3-N-乙酰氨基葡萄糖苷酶(NAG)及亮氨酸氨基肽酶(LAP)水平。结果试验组的AST、ALT、γ-GT水平高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。试验组的AFP、GLDH、ADA、AFU、NAG、LAP水平高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。试验组的ALB、TP、CHE和A/G水平低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论AST、ALT与γ-GT均为较为敏感的肝硬化检查和诊断指标,能够为疾病诊断提供依据。Objective To investigate the changes and clinical significance of aspartate aminotransferase(AST),alanine aminotransferase(ALT)andγ-glutamyl transferase(γ-GT)in patients with cirrhosis.Methods A total of 40 patients with liver cirrhosis diagnosed in the Department of Laboratory,the Third Affiliated Hospital of Sun Yat-Sen University Yuedong Hospital from January 2019 to December 2020 were selected as the research objects,and 20 healthy people who underwent physical examination in the Third Affiliated Hospital of Sun Yat-Sen University Yuedong Hospital in the same period were selected as the control group.The AST,ALT andγ-GT tests were performed respectively.AST,ALT,γ-GT,cholinesterase(CHE),total protein(TP),albumin(ALB),albumin/globulin(A/G),alpha fetoprotein(AFP),glutamate dehydrogenase(GLDH),adenosine deaminase(ADA),a-algae glycosidase(AFU),J3-N-acetylglucosidase(NAG)and leucine aminopeptidase(LAP)levels were cmpared between the two groups.Results The levels of AST,ALT andγ-GT in experimental group were higher than those in control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The levels of AFP,GLDH,ADA,AFU,NAG and LAP in experimental group were higher than those in control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The levels of ALB,TP,CHE and A/G in experimental group were lower than those in control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion AST,ALT andγ-GT is a sensitive index for the examination and diagnosis of liver cirrhosis,which can provide basis for disease diagnosis.
