摘 要:目的探讨微信小程序在举办继续医学教育学习管理中的应用效果。方法选择2019年8月和2020年8月通过微信小程序举办继续医学教育学习的200名护理人员为观察组,2018年8月至2019年7月传统医学教育100名护理人员作为对照组。比较两组研究对象签到时间、完成培训资料需要时间、出勤率、理论知识考核评分和实践技能考核评分、管理方式的满意度情况。结果观察组签到时间、完成培训资料需要时间均短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组的出勤率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组理论知识考核评分、实践技能考核评分均高于对照组,观察组管理方式的满意度高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论微信小程序在举办继续医学教育学习管理中应用,可以提高培训效率和出勤率,利于知识的掌握,值得推广应用。Objective To explore the application effect of Wechat mini program in continuing medical education management.Methods Two hundred nursing staff who received continuing medical education through Wechat mini program in August 2019 and August 2020 were selected as the observation group,and one hundred nursing staff who received traditional medical education from August 2018 to July 2019 were selected as the control group.The two groups of subjects were compared in terms of check-in time,time needed to complete training materials,attendance rate,evaluation score of theoretical knowledge and practical skills,and satisfaction with management style.Results The check-in time and the time required to complete training materials in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The attendance rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The evaluation scores of theoretical knowledge and practical skills in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the satisfaction of management style in the observation group was higher than that in the control group the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of Wechat mini program in the management of continuing medical education can improve the training efficiency and attendance rate,and is conducive to the mastery of knowledge,so it is worth promoting and applying.
