中医情志护理对复发性流产患者堕胎后情绪的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨中医情志护理对复发性流产患者堕胎后情绪的影响。方法选取2019年1月至2020年5月南方医科大学附属深圳妇幼保健院中医科收治的60例复发性流产患者为研究对象,采用随机抽签法分为对照组与观察组,每组各30例。对照组实施临床常规护理,观察组采取中医情志护理,采用焦虑自评量表(SAS)、抑郁自评量表(SDS)评估两组患者护理前后的焦虑、抑郁情绪评分,采用匹茨堡睡眠质量指数量表(PSQI)评估两组患者护理前后的睡眠质量,比较两组患者生殖健康知识总知晓率。结果护理前,两组患者的SAS、SDS及PSQI评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);护理后,两组患者的SAS、SDS及PSQI评分均低于本组护理前,且观察组的SAS、SDS及PSQI评分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组生殖健康知识总知晓率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论针对复发性流产患者,中医情志护理的实施有助于疏导其负面情绪,改善其睡眠质量,提高其生殖健康知识总知晓率,使其精神面貌发生变化,对其预后有利。Objective To explore the influence of emotional nursing of traditional Chinese medicine on the emotion of patients with recurrent abortion after abortion.Methods A total of 60 patients with recurrent abortion who were admitted to the Department of Traditional Chinese Medicine of Shenzhen Maternal and Child Health Care Hospital Affiliated to Southern Medical University from January 2019 to May 2020 were selected as the research objects.They were divided into control group and observation group by random selection lottery,with 30 patients in each group.The control group was given routine clinical care,and the observation group was given emotional care of traditional Chinese medicine.The self-rating anxiety scale(SAS)and self-rating depression scale(SDS)were used to evaluate the anxiety and depression mood scores of patients in both groups before and after nursing.Sleep quality of patients in both groups was evaluated by the Pittsburgh sleep quality index(PSQI),and the total awareness rates of reproductive health knowledge of patients in both groups were compared.Results Before nursing,no stastically significances were observed in SAS,SDS and PSQI scores between the two groups(P>0.05).After nursing,the SAS,SDS and PSQI scores of the two groups were lower than those before nursing,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The SAS,SDS and PSQI scores of the observation group were lower than those of the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The total awareness rate of reproductive health knowledge in the observation group was higher than that in control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion For patients with recurrent abortion,the implementation of emotional nursing of traditional Chinese medicine is helpful to ease their negative emotions,improve their sleep quality,improve their total reproductive health knowledge rate and make their mental outlook change,which is favorable to their prognosis.
