摘　　要：内河散货港口带式输送机的多元使用是当下的发展趋势,传统的带式输送机清扫方式不能满足多货种的运输要求,回程水清扫装置的应用可解决这一难题。提出一种回程水洗清扫装置设计方案,可提高输送带的清洁效果,解决输送不同货物、不同物料间的相互污染问题,提高整体设备的利用率。The diversified use of belt conveyors in inland bulk cargo ports is the current development trend.The traditional cleaning method of belt conveyor can not meet the transportation requirements of various types of goods,and the application of the return water washing and cleaning device can solve this problem.A design scheme of a return water washing and cleaning device is proposed,which can improve the cleaning effect of the conveyor belt,solve the problem of mutual pollution between different goods and different materials,and improve the utilization rate of the overall equipment.
