摘　　要：件杂货码头货运量大,装卸作业复杂,其安全风险管理至关重要。采用某港口公司在安全管理过程中所统计的引发事故的风险数据,利用帕累托图方法,在分析结论的基础上提出了件杂货码头安全管理建议。The general cargo terminal has a large freight volume and complex loading and unloading operations,and its safety risk management is very important.Using the risk data of accidents counted by a port company in the process of safety management,and using the Pareto chart method,on the basis of the analysis conclusions,the safety management suggestions for the general cargo terminal are put forward.
