散改集卸船工艺系统优化

摘　　要：在介绍现有小型码头的散改集卸船工艺系统基础上,针对其存在的问题提出一种全新的卸船工艺系统方案。该方案采用气力卸船机卸船、刮板机输送、自动化装箱、翻箱机移动集装箱上下卡车,符合绿色环保的设计理念,可提高卸船效率和装箱效率,减少码头设备和人力投入,实现卸货装箱的流水化作业。Based on the introduction of the existing changing from bulk cargo to container ship unloading process system of small terminal,a new ship unloading process system scheme is put forward in view of its existing problems.The scheme adopts pneumatic ship unloader to unload the ship,scraper to transport,automatic packing and container turnover machine to move the container onto and off the truck.The scheme conforms to the design concept of green environmental protection,which can improve the unloading efficiency and packing efficiency,reduce the investment of terminal equipment and manpower,and realize the streamlined operation of unloading and packing.
