摘　　要：文章以学校开放教育收费管理工作中的实际需求为出发点,借助现代信息技术手段,采用分层软件设计架构,通过Kettle工具对教务管理系统源数据进行采集,设计并实现了以ASP.NET MVC框架为基础,结合前端FineMVC组件的开放教育收费管理系统。本系统功能完备、易用性强,能为开放教育管理人员提供快速、准确的费用查询和统计功能。文章的研究过程为全国开放大学体系开展收费管理工作提供参考。Based on the actual needs of school open education charge management,with the help of modern information technology,using hierarchical software design architecture and kettle tool to collect the source data of educational administration management system,this paper designs and implements ASP Net MVC framework,combined with the front-end finemvc component of the open education charging management system.The system has complete functions and strong ease of use.It can provide fast and accurate cost query and statistics for open education managers.The research process of this paper provides a reference for the national open universities to carry out charge management.
