摘  要:目的探讨社会支持在初中生一般自我效能感与心理韧性中的中介作用以及团体辅导对心理韧性的干预作用。方法采用一般自我效能感量表、社会支持量表和心理韧性量表,对上海市8所普通初级中学预备年级和初一年级共1547名学生进行调查。设计团体辅导方案,对实验组16名学生实施7次心理韧性团体干预活动。结果初中生心理韧性、一般自我效能感、社会支持两两间均存在显著相关。一般自我效能感对心理韧性有正向预测作用,社会支持对一般自我效能感与心理韧性之间的关系具有部分中介作用。团体辅导课程对乐观、一般自我效能感、社会支持和朋友支持的干预效果显著,乐观、一般自我效能感、社会支持和朋友支持的前、后测与组别交互效应显著,实验组学生后测得分显著高于前测。结论通过改善初中生一般自我效能感,提高社会支持水平,可以促进其心理韧性水平的提高。Objective To investigate the mediating effect of social support on general self-efficacy and psychological resilience of junior high school students,and explore the intervention effect of group counseling on psychological resilience.Methods A total of 1547 students were investigated in the first and second grades of eight ordinary junior high schools in Shanghai.General self-efficacy scale,social support scale,and psychological resilience scale were used.On this basis,a group counseling program was designed,and 7 psychological resilience group intervention activities were carried out on 16 students in the experimental group.Results There was significant correlation among psychological resilience,general self-efficacy,and social support of junior high school students.The general self-efficacy had a positive predictive effect on psychological resilience,and the social support part mediated the relationship between general self-efficacy and psychological resilience.The group counseling course had a significant effect on optimism,general self-efficacy,social support,and friend support.The pre-tests and post-tests of optimism,general self-efficacy,social support,and friend support had a significant interaction effect within the experimental group.The post-test scores of students in the experimental group were significantlyhigher than those in the pre-test.Conclusion By improving the general self-efficacy and social support level of junior high school students,the improvement of their psychological resilience can be promoted.
