摘  要:磁性衬板是一种新型的球磨机衬板,应用于研磨含磁性矿物矿石的磨矿设备上。磁性衬板安装在磨机后,在球磨机内形成强大磁场力,衬板通过磁场力,能在其表面吸附钢球、金属矿等磁性物质,形成金属复合层,将衬板与磨矿介质隔离开来,避免磁性衬板工作时候与磨矿介质的直接碰撞,从而延长磁性衬板的使用寿命。文章主要介绍大红山铜矿一选厂磨选车间三段球磨机的原锰钢衬板技改使用磁性衬板,在不影响铁精矿质量、稳定选矿回收率指标条件下,实现设备运转稳定可靠、提高衬板检修安全性、延长设备使用寿命、节能降耗等诸多优点,经济效益显著。Magnetic liner is a new type of ball grinding mill liner,which is applied to in the grinding equipment to grind the ores containing magnetic minerals.After the magnetic liner is installed in the grinding mill,a strong magnetic field is formed in the ball grinding mill.Through the magnetic field force,the liner can adsorb magnetic materials such as steel balls and metal ore on its surface to form a metal composite layer to isolate the liner from the grinding medium.The direct collision of the magnetic liner with the grinding medium can be avoided when it is working,thereby the service life of the magnetic liner is prolonged.This article mainly introduces the technical transformation of the original manganese steel liner of the three-stage ball grinding mill in the grinding workshop of No.1 Concentrator in Dahongshan copper mine.The use of magnetic liner can achieve stable operation of the equipment and stabilizing the recovery rate of the beneficiation without affecting the quality of the iron concentrate.It is reliable to improve the safety of lining board inspection and repair,to prolong the service life of equipment,to save energy and reduce consumption,etc.,and there are significant economic benefits.
