农村集中式饮用水水源地环境保护现状与“十四五”保护策略

摘　　要：依据国家针对农村集中式饮用水水源地开展的调查评估成果,分析了农村集中式饮用水水源水质、规范化建设与监管现状,剖析了当前农村集中式水源在水质安全、保护区规范化建设、风险防控、监测监控及管理方面存在的问题,结合"十四五"重点流域水生态保护规划要求,从水质改善、规范化建设、风险防控、监测监管、科技支撑等方面,提出了农村集中式饮用水水源保护策略,以期为"十四五"期间农村集中式水源环境保护工作提供参考。Based on investigation and evaluation results of rural centralized water sources,the analysis places a focus on water quality,standardized construction and supervision of rural centralized drinking water sources,and issues related to the safeguarding of water quality,standardized construction of protected areas,risk prevention and control,monitoring and management.In line with the requirements of water ecological protection plans for key river basins in the 14 th Five-Year Plan,strategic measures are proposed from the aspects of water quality improvement,standardized construction,risk prevention and control,monitoring and supervision,scientific and technological support,in order to contribute for environmental protection during the 14 th Five-Year Plan period.
