重庆巫溪县万乐村供水工程规范化建设与管理实践

摘　　要：重庆市巫溪县万乐村为西南地区的典型山区村,水源和供水工程布局缺乏统筹规划,建设和管理不够规范,存在旱季缺水和雨季水质不好等问题。在统筹配置全村水源基础上,以优化工程布局、建设标准化水厂和配套自动化监控系统等为重点开展供水工程标准化建设,并从组织管理、建章立制、水价水费、用水户全程参与、培训宣传、监管考核等方面进行规范化管理,打造了小型农村集中供水工程规范化建设和管理样板。Wanle Village,Wuxi County in Chongqing City is a typical mountainous village in southwestern China.Due to the lack of integrated planning for the layout of water sources and water supply projects,and the lack of standardization of construction and management,the village water supply suffered from a lack of water in the dry season and poor water quality in the rainy season.Based on the coordinated allocation of water sources in the village,the standardized construction of the water supply project is carried out with emphasis on optimizing the layout of the project,building standardized water plants,and supporting automated monitoring systems.The water supply management in the village was standardized in terms of organization and management,rules and regulations,water price and fee,full participation of the users,training and publicity,and supervision and assessment.Small rural centralized water supply project standardized construction and management model was created.
