摘　　要：含氨纶的化纤针织物近些年发展迅速,缩水和弹性是其重要的品质特征,如果织物缩水和弹性不合格,会严重影响其使用寿命和性能。分析了含氨纶弹力针织面料的缩水和弹性,除与织物的纤维材料和织造结构有直接关系外,还与氨纶含量、染整加工、纤维受热条件、纱线摩擦等有密切关联。弹力针织物良好的弹性和合理的缩水率是其必须具备的品质,企业生产应该从纱线选择、织造工艺和染整工艺等方面规范。In recent years,the synthetic fiber knitting with spandex had developed rapidly.Shrink and elasticity were its important qualities.If the shrinkage and elasticity of the fabric were not qualified,the service life and performance of the fabric would be seriously affected.The shrinkage and elasticity of elastic knitted fabrics containing spandex were not only directly related to the fiber material and weaving structure of the fabric,but also closely related to the content of spandex,dyeing and finishing,heating conditions,yarn friction and so on.Good elasticity and reasonable shrinkage rate of elastic knitted fabric were its necessary qualities,so the production should be regulated from the aspects of yarn selection,weaving technology and dyeing and finishing technology.
