摘　　要：籼型光温敏核不育系汉S是以广占63S为母本、籼粳中间材料明恢86/BC-10-46为父本杂交,经过8 a 14代系谱选择育成。该不育系育性转换起点温度低、育性稳定、败育彻底、异交结实率高、米质优,于2017年8月通过安徽省农作物品种审定委员会技术鉴定。该不育系已测配出2个组合通过湖南省审定。介绍了汉S的选育过程、特征特性、配组应用、制种和繁殖技术要点。Han S,derived from the cross of Guangzhan 63 S as the female and the indica-japonica breeding material Minghui 86/BC-10-46,is an indica photo-and thermo-sensitive genic male sterile(PTGMS)line in rice developed through pedigree selection of 14 generations over eight years.It shows low critical fertility alteration temperature,complete and stable male sterility,high outcrossing rate and fine grain quality.In August,2017,it was technically identified by Anhui Crop Variety Appraisal Committee.There have been two hybrid combinations derived from Han S released for commercial production in Hunan Province.The breeding procedure,characteristics,hybrid combinations,key technical points in multiplication and hybrid seed production of Han S were introduced in detail in this paper.
