基于Web of Science数据库胰瘘研究的文献计量与可视化分析

摘　　要：目的通过文献计量学方法对近二十年来胰瘘相关文献进行可视化分析,进而分析当前胰瘘的研究热点和发展趋势。方法利用Web of Science (WOS)数据库检索2001-01-01至2021-07-25有关"胰瘘"的SCI(科学引文索引)文献,通过CiteSpace(5.8.R1)软件及文献计量在线分析平台(Bibliometric.com)进行国家、机构、期刊发文量,国家、研究机构、作者合作网络,文献、作者、期刊共被引网络,以及关键词共现网络的分析,绘制相应可视化知识图谱。结果共有3507篇"Article(论著)"和483篇"Review(综述)"纳入分析,胰瘘相关SCI文献年发文量呈整体上升趋势,发文量前三位的国家分别是美国、日本、中国;海德堡大学(107篇)、四川大学(97篇)、阿姆斯特丹大学(96篇)占据研究机构发文量前三位;发文量最大的期刊为Journal of Gastrointestinal Surgery(233篇)、HPB(185篇)、World Journal of Surgery(144篇)。合作网络显示美国对外合作最多、最广泛;维罗纳大学、海德堡大学、浙江大学是对外合作最多的研究机构;合作频次较高的Bassi C(87次)、Malleo G(61次)、Salvia R(56次)等已形成一个关系密切的合作网络。共被引网络中高被引文献排名前三位的为:Bassi C(2017年)、Bassi C(2005年)、Callery MP(2013年);Bassi C(2446次)、Wente MN(909次)、Yeo CJ(893次)为该领域的高被引作者;Ann Surg(3313次)、Surgery(3141次)、J Gastrointest Surg(2667次)等为该领域高被引期刊。关键词共现网络中pancreaticoduodenectomy(1343次)、complication(1131次)、international study group(973次)等为高频词,是当前阶段的研究热点,ductal adenocarcinoma、laparoscopic pancreaticoduodenectomy等为研究新的趋势。结论近二十年,关于有关"胰瘘"的文献迅速增加,CiteSpace等可视化分析工具可以全面、直观地展示"胰瘘"的研究现状及发展趋势,为今后进一步研究提供参考依据。Objective To evaluate the publication status of literature related to pancreatic fistula in the past two decades through bibliometric and visualized analysis, and to analyze the current research hotspot and trend for the development of pancreatic fistula.Methods The Web of Science(WOS) database was used to search the SCI literature about "pancreatic fistula" from January 1 th 2001 to July 25 th 2021. The number of documents issued by countries,institutions, journals, and the co-operation network of countries, research institutions, authors, and the co-citation network of documents, authors, journals, and the co-occurrence network of keywords were analyzed by CiteSpace(5.8.R1) software and Bibliometrics Online Analysis Platform(Bibliometric.com), and the corresponding visual knowledge graphs were drawn.Results A total of 3507 Articles and483 Reviews were enrolled in the analysis. The annual volume of SCI articles concerning pancreatic fistula maintained an upward trend.The United States, Japan and China accounted for the most publications. University of Heidelberg(n=107), Sichuan University(n=97) and University of Amsterdam(n=96) occupied the top three of the number of papers published by research institutions. The journals with the largest number of articles were Journal of Gastrointestinal Surgery(n=233), HPB(n=185) and World Journal of Surgery(n=144).The co-operation network showed that the United States has the most extensive foreign cooperation, and Verona University, Heidelberg University and Zhejiang University were the research institutions with the most extensive foreign co-operation. Bassi C(Frequency=87), Malleo G(Frequency=61) and Salvia R(Frequency=56) had formed a close cooperation network. The top three highly cited literature in the citation network were: Bassi C(2017), Bassi C(2005) and Callery MP(2013).
