摘  要:试验旨在研究桑枝、花生藤和燕麦草3种粗饲料对断奶荷斯坦公犊生长性能、血清生化指标和营养物质表观消化率的影响。选取8周龄、健康的体重(64±5)kg断奶荷斯坦奶公犊27头,随机分成A、B、C 3组,每组9个重复,分别饲喂桑枝、花生藤和燕麦草3种粗饲料。试验期24 d。结果显示,C组犊牛的末重和平均日增重均极显著高于A组和B组(P<0.01);C组犊牛的粗饲料干物质采食量显著高于A和B组(P<0.05);C组犊牛的料重比极显著低于A组和B组(P<0.01)。A组和C组犊牛的体高增长量显著高于B组(P<0.05),A组犊牛的体斜长增长量显著高于B组(P<0.05),C组犊牛的胸围增长量和管围增长量极显著高于A组和B组(P<0.01)。A组犊牛血清中的IgG含量极显著高于B组和C组(P<0.01)。C组犊牛的中性洗涤纤维(NDF)和酸性洗涤纤维(ADF)表观消化率极显著高于A组和B组(P<0.01)。研究表明,断奶后犊牛饲喂燕麦草生长性能最佳,但桑枝和花生藤可部分替代燕麦草作为犊牛的粗饲料。The experiment was to study the effect of mulberry branch, peanut vine and oat grass roughages on growth performance, serum biochemical indexes and nutrient apparent digestibility of weaned Holstein calves. 27 healthy eight-week-old weaned Holstein calves about(64±5) kg were randomly divided into group A, group B and group C with nine replicates in each group. The calves were fed with three kinds of roughages, mulberry branch, peanut vine and oat grass, respectively. The experiment lasted for 24 d. The results showed that the final weight and average daily gain of calves in group C were extremely higher than those in group A and group B(P<0.01). The roughage dry matter intake of calves in group C was significantly higher than that in group A and group B(P<0.05). The feed to gain of calves in group C was extremely lower than that in group A and group B(P<0.01). The body height increment of calves in group A and group C was significantly higher than that in group B(P<0.05), the body oblique length increment of calves in group A was significantly higher than that in group B(P<0.05), and the chest circumference increment and tube circumference increment of calves in group C were extremely higher than those in group A and group B(P<0.01). The IgG content of calves in group A was extremely higher than that in group B and group C(P<0.01). The apparent digestibility of NDF and ADF in group C was extremely higher than that in group A and group B(P<0.01). The experiment indicates that weaning calves have the best growth performance when fed with oat grass, but mulberry branch and peanut vine can partially replace oat grass as roughage for calves.
