摘　　要：介绍了PTA配套污水处理装置沼气回收单元工艺过程、相关控制参数及原PLC系统的控制状况,工艺主任、电仪项目负责人、供应商项目工程师一起对PLC原程序解读和集中讨论,梳理和分析了原PLC控制系统存在的问题。通过此次DCS系统升级改造在组态和调试过程中对原PLC系统存在问题进行优化与程序上的改进,且经过现场联调测试验证,得到工艺车间认可,方便了工艺人员对沼气回收单元的过程控制和仪表人员对于故障的分析处理。同时为装置后续自动化提升预留了系统裕量,也为其他装置或生产单元改造提供了很好的借鉴。Introduces the process of biogas recovery unit of PTA supporting sewage treatment unit, related control parameters and the control status of the original PLC system. The process director, electrical instrument project leader and supplier project engineer interpreted and discussed the original PLC program together, sorted out and analyzed the problems existing in the original PLC control system. Through the DCS system upgrade in the configuration and debugging process of the original PLC system problems are optimized and improved on the program, and through the on-site joint test verification,recognized by the process workshop, convenient process personnel on the biogas recovery unit process control and instrument personnel for fault analysis and treatment. At the same time, the system margin is reserved for the subsequent automatic upgrade of the device, and it also provides a good reference for the transformation of other devices or production units.
