摘 要:可再生能源大规模发展为安徽省能源转型升级带来机遇的同时,也带来一定的挑战。可再生能源发电具有间歇性、波动性和随机性,大规模地并网会为电力系统的安全稳定运行带来挑战。若可再生能源发电出力无法满足用电需求,系统的频率和电压就会产生较大幅度的波动,严重时可引发停电事故;相反,若可再生能源发电出力超过了用户的用电需求,弃风或弃光等现象也会应运而生。研究新业态下的源网荷储柔性调控与运营模式,提出构建智慧化能源管理平台,增强电力交易柔性,全力服务可再生清洁能源消纳,把发电和用电分别在时间和空间两方面分割开来,可有效提高电网灵活调节能力,实现源网荷储协调优化运行,保障电网的安全稳定。While the large-scale development of renewable energy brings opportunities for the energy transformation and upgrading of Anhui Province,it also brings certain challenges.Renewable energy power generation is intermittent,volatile,and random.Large-scale grid connection will bring challenges to the safe and stable operation of the power system.If the power generation output of renewable energy cannot meet the power demand,the frequency and voltage of the system will fluctuate greatly,which may cause power outages in severe cases;on the contrary,if the power generation output of renewable energy exceeds the power demand of the user,abandonment of wind or light will also arise.This paper studied the flexible regulation and operation mode of source,network,load and storage in new business states,and proposed to build a smart energy management platform to enhance the flexibility of power transactions,fully serve the consumption of renewable clean energy,and separate power generation and power consumption in terms of time and space,which can effectively improve the flexible regulation capability of the power grid,realize the coordinated and optimized operation of the source,network,load and storage,and ensure the safety and stability of the power grid.
