摘  要:醇胺法脱碳技术广泛应用于天然气预处理脱酸系统中,以免酸性气体腐蚀设备及在低温状态下冻结而堵塞管道和阀门。高效的胺液配方可大幅度降低工厂能耗,是企业长期追求的目标。针对实际天然气液化工厂能耗高的现状,基于实际天然气液化工厂运行数据和流程,采用软件模拟和机理实验,对再生温度、吸收温度及胺液循环量进行优化,最终优选出胺液配方36%MDEA+4%PZ,可降低胺液采购成本36.76%,每年可节约电费7.1×10^(4)元,为工厂脱碳胺液筛选及工艺参数优化提供指导。Alcohol amine decarbonization has been widely used in natural gas purification processes to avoid equipment corrosion and blocking pipelines and valves due to acid gases freezing at low temperature.Efficient amine solution formula can greatly reduce plant energy consumption,which is the long-term goal of enterprises.In view of the high energy consumption of the actual liquefaction plant and based on the operation data and process of the plant,this paper used software simulation and mechanism experiment to optimize the regeneration temperature,absorption temperature,and amine liquid circulation,and finally selected the amine solution formula 36%MDEA+4%PZ,which can reduce the amine procurement costs by 36.76%,and save the electric charge of 7.1×10^(4) yuan per year.The results can serve as useful reference for insustrial applications of alcohol amine decarbonization.
