摘 要:为了提高厚煤层综放开采的回收率,以薛虎沟矿1209工作面为工程背景,采用数值模拟软件对不同采高下顶煤的应力峰值和水平位移变形量进行分析,发现随着采高的不断增加,应力峰值呈现出先增大后减小的趋势。顶煤的水平位移量同样呈现先增大后减小的趋势,当采高为3.0 m时,应力峰值和水平位移量均达到最大值。同时,对不同采高下的顶煤冒落状态进行分析,发现不同采高顶煤冒落均类似于漏斗状,当采高为3.0 m时,顶煤回收率和含矸率均为最优,分别为86.1%和8.4%,所以最佳采高为3.0 m。希望所述内容能够为矿井厚煤层高效开采提供一定的参考。In order to improve the recovery rate of fully mechanized top coal caving mining in thick coal seam,taking 1209 working face of Xuehugou Coal Mine as the engineering background,this paper analyzed the stress peak value and horizontal displacement deformation of top coal under different mining heights by using numerical simulation software.It was found that with the continuous increase of mining height,the stress peak value first increased and then decreased.The horizontal displacement of top coal also increased first and then decreased.When the mining height was 3.0 m,the stress peak and horizontal displacement reached the maximum.At the same time,this paper analyzed the top coal caving state under different mining heights.It was found that the top coal caving at different mining heights was similar to funnel shape.When the mining height was 3.0 m,the top coal recovery and gangue content were the best,86.1%and 8.4%respectively,so the best mining height was 3.0 m.It is hoped that the content can provide a certain reference for the efficient mining of thick coal seams in mines.
