摘 要:基于国内外学者对微电网中ITOC保护的优化方法,考虑到测量阻抗在反映故障点位置的同时不受到其他因素的影响,提出了阻抗加速的反时限过流保护新方案。通过测量阻抗和从保护安装处起向下所有线路的阻抗这两个参数对传统反时限动作方程进行修正。区内故障时,测量阻抗百分比将极大地提升保护的速动性;区外故障时,各保护依旧采用传统的反时限过流保护动作方程。运用PSCAD软件进行仿真,通过对仿真结果中的动作时间进行比较,验证了所提反时限过流保护新方案能极大地提升保护的速动性,同时上下级保护之间的动作延时仍能保证不小于一个Δt,选择性的要求得到了保护。Based on the optimization method of ITOC protection in micro grid by scholars at home and abroad,considering that the measured impedance reflects the location of fault point and is not affected by other factors,this paper proposed a new protection scheme for impedance correction based inverse-time overcurrent.In this scheme,the inverse time characteristic curve is corrected by measuring impedance and the impedance values of all lines from the installation of the protection.In case of fault in the area,the measured impedance percentage will greatly improve the rapidity of the protection;in case of out of area fault,the traditional inverse time overcurrent protection action equation is still adopted for each protection.And PSCAD software was used for simulation.By comparing the action time in the simulation results,it is verified that the proposed new inverse time overcurrent protection scheme can not only greatly improve the protection speed,but also ensure that the action delay time between upper and lower protection can not be less than oneΔt.The requirement of selectivity is protected.
