摘 要:西安航天武隆航天酒店项目大跨度预应力梁结构采用缓粘结预应力。缓粘结预应力施工方便,受力合理,预应力钢筋与混凝土粘结牢固,无需成孔,施工工艺简化。针对施工难点,从缓粘结钢绞线、锚具、锚固方式的选择,张拉程序及模板体系、混凝土浇筑进行详细分析,研究其工艺流程。结果表明,工程质量符合国家规范要求,保证了施工安全性。The large-span prestressed beam structure of the Xi'an Aerospace Wulong Aerospace Hotel project adopts slow-bonding prestress.The construction of slow-bonded prestress is convenient,the force is reasonable,the prestressed steel bar is firmly bonded to the concrete,no hole is required,and the construction process is simplified.In view of the construction difficulties,from the selection of slow-bonding steel strands,anchors,anchoring methods,tensioning procedures and formwork systems,and concrete pouring,detailed analysis is carried out,and the process flow is studied.The results show that the quality of the project meets the requirements of the national regulations,ensuring the safety of construction.
