摘  要:为控制激波管膜片的爆破压力,采用有限元方法,研究了剩余厚度、膜片厚度、泄放口径及温度对激波管用316L不锈钢平板刻槽形膜片爆破压力的影响规律,并通过爆破试验进行验证。结果表明:膜片爆破压力与剩余厚度成正比,与泄放口径成反比;剩余厚度相同的情况下,爆破压力随着厚度增加略有减小。拟合得到了关于爆破压力与结构参数及材料抗拉强度的关系,与模拟试验结果相对偏差小于8%。通过模拟试验及拟合关系能有效地预测膜片的爆破压力,可为激波管膜片的设计和加工提供参考。To control the bursting pressure of shock tube diaphragm,the effects of residual thickness,diaphragm thickness,discharge diameter,and temperature on the bursting pressure of 316L stainless steel flat grooved diaphragm for shock tube are studied by the finite element method,which is verified by bursting test.The results show that the bursting pressure of diaphragm is directly proportional to the residual thickness and inversely proportional to the discharge diameter.When the residual thickness is the same,the bursting pressure decreases slightly with the increase of thickness.The fitting relationship among bursting pressure,structural parameters,and material tensile strength is obtained,and the relative deviation from the simulation test results is less than 8%.The bursting pressure of diaphragm can be effectively predicted by simulation test and fitting relationship,which can provide reference for the design and processing of shock tube diaphragm.
