摘 要:利用动力学有限元模拟程序模拟计算了一种卵形头刚性弹侵彻C40素混凝土过程中的冲击过载特性,计算工况为正侵彻,侵彻速度为300~700 m·s^(-1)。侵彻深度模拟计算结果与经验公式计算结果的平均相对偏差为11.2%,验证了计算模型和计算方法的准确性。研究结果表明,弹体减加速度曲线近似于矩形波,侵彻初期弹体减加速度迅速上升,随后进入振荡并小幅下降的平台段,最后迅速降低至0;随着侵彻速度从300 m·s^(-1)增加至700 m·s^(-1),减加速度峰值从2.49×10^(4)g(1 g=9.8 m·s^(-2))增加至3.35×10^(4)g,侵彻时间从1.68 ms增加至2.98 ms。The impact overload characteristics of an ogive-nosed rigid projectile penetrating C40 plain concrete are simulated by numerical calculation of dynamic finite element software.The calculation working condition is positive penetration and the penetration velocity range from 300 m·s^(-1) to 700 m·s^(-1).The average relative deviation between the penetration depth calculation results and the theoretical calculation results is 11.2%,which indicates that the correct model calculation method is adopted.The results show that the deceleration curve of the projectile is similar to a rectangular wave,which means that the deceleration of the projectile rises rapidly at the early stage of penetration,then enters a plateau period where it oscillates and decreases slightly,and finally decreases to 0 rapidly.As the penetration velocity increases from 300 m·s^(-1) to 700 m·s^(-1),the peak deceleration increases from 2.49×10^(4)g(1 g=9.8 m·s^(-2))to 3.35×10^(4)g,and the penetration time also increases from 1.68 ms to 2.98 ms.
