摘 要:针对纯水液压支架立柱、千斤顶活塞杆防腐问题,在分析立柱、千斤顶活塞杆不锈钢包覆层的受力特性基础上,根据过盈配合特性,分析了活塞杆包覆层接触压力范围,提出了理论过盈量计算方法,并基于装配摩擦和装配时间给出了理论过盈量的修正模型,并以某推移千斤顶活塞杆包覆层过盈量的设计与试验来验证所提出的过盈量设计方法的正确性及可靠性。研究结果表明:以密封摩擦力和包覆层不发生塑性变形为基础,考虑装配摩擦和装配时间对过盈量的影响,φ180/105-900 mm推移千斤顶的活塞杆与包覆层配合的过盈量宜控制在0.05~0.1 mm。工业性试验的结果充分表明包覆技术的高可靠性及该过盈量设计方法的正确性,为加速纯水液压支架的规模开发与应用提供了一定的技术参考。Aiming at the anti-corrosion problem of the column jack piston rod of pure water hydraulic support, based on the analysis of the mechanical characteristics of the column jack piston rod cladding layer, according to the interference fit characteristics, the contact pressure range of the piston rod cladding layer was analyzed, and the theoretical interference calculation method was proposed. Based on the assembly friction and assembly time, the correction model of the theoretical interference was given. The correctness and reliability of the proposed interference design method were verified by the design and test of the interference of the piston rod cladding layer of a moving jack. The results show that on the basis of sealing friction and no plastic deformation of the coating, considering the influence of assembly friction and assembly time on the amount of interference, the amount of interference of the piston rod of φ180/105-900 mm pushing jack and the coating should be controlled at 0.05-0.1 mm. The results of industrial test fully show the high reliability of the coating technology and the correctness of the design method of the amount of interference, which provides a technical reference for accelerating the scale development and application of pure water hydraulic support.
