摘　　要：对综采工作面成套运输设备的全寿命运行监控及智能化控制,有利于提高综采工作面成套运输设备的工作稳定性以及生产效率。以台达PLC为核心处理器,以KingView上位机软件、DCIsoft、WPLsoft等为设计基础,以MODBUS-TCP、MODBUS-RTU为通信基础来实现对工作面成套运输设备的实时监测和启停控制。The whole life operation monitoring and intelligent control of the whole sets of transport equipment in fully mechanized mining face is helpful to improve the working stability and productivity of the whole sets of transport equipment in fully mechanized mining face. Taking Delta PLC as the core processor, taking KingView PC software, DCI soft, and WPLsoft as the design basis, taking MODBUS-TCP and MODBUS-RTU as the communication base, realized the real-time monitoring and start-stop control of the whole set of transport equipment in working face.
