摘 要:基于热弹塑性有限元方法,应用MSC.Marc仿真软件对某型号挖掘机挖斗支耳关键焊缝的焊接过程进行了模拟计算,分析了不同约束方式及底板约束面积对焊接残余应力及变形的影响。结果表明:支耳中间弓形板及焊缝区域残余应力较大,改变约束对应力大小有明显影响;侧边约束有助于减小支耳变形,但会增大焊接残余应力;底板约束面积对焊接残余应力和变形均有显著影响。通过比较分析,为实际约束方案的制定和优化提供了理论依据。Based on the thermal elastoplastic finite element method, the welding process of the key welds of the bucket lug of an excavator was numerically calculated by MSC.Marc software. The effects of different constraint methods and floor constraint area on the residual stress and welding deformation were analyzed. The results show that the residual stress in the middle arch plate and weld area of the lug is large, and the change of constraint exhibits obvious influence on the stress values. The lateral restraint is helpful to control the deformation of the lug, but it will increase the overall residual stress. Base plate constraint area has significant effect on welding residual stress and deformation. Through comparative analysis, theoretical basis was provided for the formulation and optimization of actual constraint scheme.
