摘　　要：以山西焦煤集团沙曲二矿刮板输送机φ42×146 mm圆环链为模型,运用有限元分析软件ANSYS对圆环链的受力情况进行分析,得出圆环链上的最大等效应力应变处。介绍了双折射激光/磁测应力测量仪,阐述了圆环链内应力检测方法和实施方案。运用先进无线传感技术,实时对最易产生内应力处进行内应力感知研究,为井下刮板输送机工作提供理论数据,从而避免链条故障造成设备损坏引发事故。Based on the model of φ42×146 mm ring chain on the scraper conveyer in Shaqu No.2 mine of Shanxi coking coal group, the finite element analysis software ANSYS was used to analyze the stress of the ring chain, and the maximum equivalent stress and strain position on the ring chain was obtained. The birefringence laser/magnetic stress measuring instrument was introduced. The method and implementation of internal stress measurement in ring chain were described. Advanced wireless sensor technology was used to conduct real-time research on internal stress perception of the most likely place to produce internal stress, so as to provide theoretical data for the work of underground scraper conveyor, thus avoid equipment damage and accidents caused by chain failure.
