摘 要:随着带式输送机向更大输送量和长距离的方向发展,传统的滚筒尺寸已经不能满足要求。为了进行大型传动滚筒的设计计算,首先利用有限元分析方法进行分析,并选取了合适的滚筒力学评价指标,解决了传统计算方法中无法考虑细节的问题,实现了计算结果的可视化。最后利用Python语言对有限元软件进行二次开发,实现了滚筒力学分析的快速操作。为大型滚筒保证结构强度和量化设计提供了参考依据。With the development of belt conveyor in the direction of larger capacity and long distance,the traditional pully size can not meet the requirements. In order to design and calculate of large drive pully, the finite element analysis method was used to analyze, and the appropriate mechanics evaluation index was chosen, which solves the problem that the details can not be considered in the traditional calculation method, and realizes the visualization of the calculation results. Finally, the finite element software was secondary developed by Python, and the quick operation of the pully mechanical analysis was realized. It provides a reference for ensuring the structural strength and optimizing the weight design of large pully.
