摘　　要：通过对4100XPC电铲推压带轮改造背景的介绍,提出了带轮的具体改造方案,主要介绍了4100XPC电铲推压带轮胀套的选型计算及带轮、胀套、平键的材质选择计算,制定了带轮、胀套、平键的加工工艺方案、检验标准和验收标准,最后评估了改造后的预期收益。Through the introduction of transformation background of the 4100 XPC electricshovel push pulley, put forward the concrete retrofit scheme of pulley, mainly introduced 4100 XPC electricshovel push pulley expansion sleeve type selection calculation, and the material selection calculation of pulley,expansion sleeve and flat key. Set the processing scheme, testing standard and the acceptance standard of pulley, expansion sleeve and flat key. Finally, the expected profit after the transformation was evaluated.
