摘　　要：地面生产系统大型设备、设施的投用给检修人员带来了更大的挑战。受初期建设的影响,吊车、叉车等大型辅助机械无法在现场得到应用。为提高更换滚筒的效率、降低劳动强度,设计了更换滚筒小车,适用于更换地面生产系统大多数滚筒,可实现短距离的滚筒运载、原地大幅度转弯和新旧滚筒的进出,使整个更换任务更安全、高效。When the large equipment and facilities for the ground production system are put into use,the maintenance personnel will face more challenges. Large machinery such as cranes and forklifts can not work in field due to the influence of the initial construction. In order to improve the efficiency of drum replacement and reduce the labor intensity, a drum replacement car was designed. It is suitable for the replacement of most the drums in the ground production system, and can realize the short distance delivery of drum, large margin turning in original place and the passing of new and old drums,which makes the whole replacement task safer and more efficient.
