摘 要:当前南屯煤矿水泵排水采用射流启动,安装、更换射流喷射泵所需人工较多、操作不方便,使用过程中还常常出现问题。以南屯煤矿670泵房为例,改变原有的水泵真空射流启动模式,研发使用水泵自动给水装置的排水工艺,与传统的水泵射流真空启动相比,具有成本低、运行稳定、安全可靠等优点。安装水泵自动给水装置后,启动水泵进行排水作业时无需等待射流启动。At present, the drainage of water pump in Nantun coal mine is started by jet. Installation and replacement of jet injection pump require more manpower, the operation is not convenient, also often appears some problems in use process. Taking Nantun coal mine 670 pump room for example,changed the original pump vacuum jet start mode, developed the drainage technology of the water pump automatic feed water device. Compared with the traditional water pump jet vacuum start-up, it has the advantages of low cost, stable operation, safety and reliability. After the installation of the pump automatic feed water device, when the pump is started for drainage operation, there is no need to wait for the jet to start.
