摘 要:根据采煤机出现的故障现象,基于液压系统原理,采用试验的方式找到了液压系统故障部件。通过拆解溢流阀并根据故障现象复原了液压系统的故障,确定了液压系统异常故障机理。通过改进溢流阀的结构设计,提高了阀组的可靠性,减少了采煤机的故障点,提高了采煤机的开机率。According to the fault phenomenon of shearer, based on the principle of hydraulic system,the fault parts of the hydraulic system was found by the test method. By disassembling the relief valve and arccording to the fault phenomenon,the fault of the hydraulic system was restored, the abnormal fault mechanism of the hydraulic system was determined. By improving the structural design of the relief valve, the reliability of the valve group was improved, the fault points of the shearer were reduced and the operating rate of the shearer was improved.
