摘  要:针对电力光纤网越来越复杂、故障发生率高、人工巡线困难、故障检修不及时的问题,设计了一套以光时域反射仪(optical time-domain reflectometer,OTDR)和STM32单片机为基础的电力光纤故障在线检测系统。通过改进硬电路设计,只使用了一个OTDR模块,减少了各种光器件的使用数量,在极大降低经济成本的同时提高了工作纤、备纤两种监测工作模式的切换速度,降低了接入光纤损耗。设备应用在吉林省吉林市包家变电站和金珠变电站,服务器安装运维中心,运行状态稳定,经测试可准确识别到光纤故障点位置,误差在±10 m范围内。Aiming at the problems of increasingly complicated power optical fiber networks,high failure rates,difficult manual line inspections,and unscheduled troubleshooting,a set of Power optical fiber fault online detection system was designed based on optical time-domain reflectometer(OTDR)and STM32 microcontrollers.Through improving the hard circuit design,the use of various optical components was reduced by using one OTDR module,which greatly reduces the economic cost while increasing the switching speed of the two monitoring working modes of working fiber and standby fiber;the connection Incoming of the fiber loss was reduced.The equipment is used in Baojia Substation and Jinzhu Substation in Jilin City,Jilin Province.The server is installed in the machine room of the new building of Jilin Electric Power Company.The operation status is stable.The position of the fiber failure point can be accurately identified after testing,and the error is within±10 m.
