摘 要:数字乡村战略是推动我国乡村振兴的重要战略。本文基于数字乡村战略背景下农村居民消费结构的升级化、消费形式的多元化以及消费结构的超前化基本特点,深入探究了数字乡村背景下农村居民在消费升级转型过程中面对数字信息素养能力不足、信息基础设施不完善、智慧农业上产技术缺位以及新供给新业态下沉缓慢等问题,提出相应的实现路径策略,助力推进数字乡村建设,推动农村居民消费升级,增强农村居民幸福感。Digital village strategy is a significant strategy to advance rural revitalization in China.Based on the basic characteristics of the upgrading of rural inhabitants’consumption structure,the diversification of consumption forms and the advancement of consumption structure under the background of digital village strategy,this paper deeply explores the problems faced by rural residents in the process of consumption upgrading and transformation under the background of digital village,such as insufficient digital information literacy ability,imperfect information infrastructure Problems such as the absence of production technology in smart agriculture and the slow sinking of new supply and new business forms,and put forward corresponding implementation paths to help promote the construction of digital countryside,promote the consumption upgrading of rural residents and enhance the happiness of rural residents.
