摘 要:KSY技术单炉处理能力大,作为典型的高倍率双循环流化床煤粉气化技术之一,由2段流化床反应器耦合构成。经过100 t/d中试装置数十次试验发现,技术关键点是炉温的精准控制,2段反应器极易出现局部超温现象,超温引发结渣,就会导致紧急停车。文中通过煤质、蒸汽温度、工艺条件、物料混合详细分析造成炉温波动的原因,为下次试验和工程化提供技术支持。此外,煤粉、蒸汽和氧气混合程度也是影响炉温波动的关键性因素之一,具体影响程度有待进一步考证。KSY technology,as one of the typical high rate double circulating fluidized bed coal gasification technologies,is composed of two stages of fluidized bed reactor coupled.After dozens of tests in 100 t/d pilot plant,it is found that the key point of technology is precise control of furnace temperature.Local overtemperature phenomenon is easy to occur in the second-stage reactor,which leads to slagging and emergency shutdown.In this paper,the causes of temperature fluctuation of furnace were analyzed in detail through coal quality,steam temperature,process conditions and material mixing,providing technical support for the next test and engineering.In addition,the mixing degree of pulverized coal,steam and oxygen was also one of the key factors affecting the fluctuation of furnace temperature.
