合伙人制视域下大学生创业能力提升研究

摘　　要：文章基于我国大学生创业能力提升面临的现实困境,提出在合伙人制视域下,用先进的思想引导、现实的关切激励、价值的力量感召、情感的动能牵引,以促使大学生创业能力提升,从而找到学生创业能力提升的现实进路。Based on the practical difficulties faced by the improvement of college students’entrepreneurial ability in China,this paper puts forward that from the perspective of partnership system,we should use advanced ideological guidance,realistic concern and incentive,the power of value and the driving force of emotion to promote the improvement of college students’entrepreneurial ability,so as to find a practical way.
