九世纪中叶一个牛党中层官员的仕进之路——卢就墓志考析

摘　　要：卢就出身于山东世家大族范阳卢氏,唐文宗大和六年(832)进士及第,开始踏上仕途,为宦二十载,官至五品的刑部郎中。在文宗、武宗两朝,除短暂任职唐廷文化机构集贤院、广文馆,卢就主要在地方担任藩镇幕职;在宣宗朝,卢就任职中央,在监察司法系统不断升迁,也曾短暂担任财政官员。在朋党之争最激烈的背景下,卢就的仕进之路作为唐代文人迁官相对较优的范例,与这一时期牛党主要成员李珏、卢弘宣、毕諴的帮助密切相关,也因他在牛党借为吴湘翻案,彻底打击李党的斗争中有突出表现。他的仕宦经历,从一个微观的视角折射出明显的时代特征,也反映了牛党对监察司法工作的重视与掌控。Lu Jiu was born into an influential Lu family in Fanyang County,Shandong Province.In the sixth year of Dahe Period(832)of Emperor Wenzong of Tang,Lu Jiu ranked the first class in the court exam(Jinshi in Chinese pinyin).On embarking on his official career,Lu Jiu had been in service for 20 years,rose to director in the Ministry of Justice.In the reign of Wenzong of Tang and Wuzong of Tang,in addition to a short-term service in the cultural institutions such as Academy of Scholarly Worthies(Ji Xian Yuan in Chinese pinyin)and Guangwen Hall(Guang Wen Guan in Chinese pinyin),he mainly served in the local buffer regions.In the reign of Xuanzong of Tang,Lu Jiu served in the imperial court,rose steadily in the Ministry of Justice,and served as a finance officer for a short term.In the context of the fiercest party struggle,as a relatively good example of the literati in the Tang Dynasty during this period,Lu Jiu’s career path was closely related to the help of the Niu Party members,Li Jue,Lu Hongxuan,and Bi Xian.Besides,Lu Jiu displayed outstanding performance to stand up for Wu Xiang’s case with the help of the members of the Niu Party to thoroughly crack down on the members of the party.His official career experience has obviously reflected the characteristics of the times from a microscopic perspective and reflected the attention and control of the Niu Party on supervision and justice.
