摘　　要：服务易地扶贫搬迁新型农村社区建设是地方高校义不容辞的责任。陕西省安康市是实施易地扶贫搬迁工程的主要区域,易地搬迁93.78万人,搬迁人口约占全国10%。易地搬迁形成的新型农村社区是乡村振兴的试验田,而地方高校的专业建设指导机构、人才方案、人才培养方式、人才就业去向与服务新型农村社区存在脱节现象。对此,通过建立新型农村社区成员参加的高校专业建设指导机构、知识模块化高校人才方案、重实践操作的人才培养方式、建立新型农村社区柔性高校人才发展空间,实现地方高校与服务易地扶贫搬迁新型农村社区建设之间的有效衔接,以解决其中存在的相关问题。Local colleges and universities are responsible for serving the construction of new rural poverty alleviation and relocation communities.Implementing the relocation project for poverty alleviation has been focused on Ankang City,Shaanxi Province,where 937,800 people have been relocated,accounting for about 10%of China’s total relocation population.The new rural poverty alleviation and relocation communities are the experimental fields for rural revitalization,nevertheless,there exists a disconnection between the professional construction guiding institutions,talent training programs,talent training modes,and talent employment destinations of local colleges and universities and the services for new rural communities.In this regard,in order to achieve effective docking service between local colleges and universities and the construction of new rural poverty alleviation and relocation communities,the only way to solve these related problems is to establish the professional construction guiding institutions in colleges and universities for new rural community members to participate in,the knowledge modularization talent training programs in colleges and universities,practical operation-oriented talent training modes as well as a new rural community flexible college talent development space.
