摘　　要：随着天然气市场需求量增加,天然气供需矛盾日益突出,各个市场主体对于调峰能力的需求极为迫切,建设储气库是保障供气安全最有效的手段。枯竭气藏型储气库依托长输管线建设,垫底气源充足。综合考虑储气库地质、气藏、管网和气质组分等因素,提出了采出气处理工艺采用井口气量控制装置、注采合一和三甘醇脱水集成工艺技术。研究并消化吸收国内外储气库建设先进技术,地面工程采用一级布站工艺,并确定储气库注气增压工艺选用电机驱动往复式注气压缩机,通过优化工艺,实现高效安全运行。枯竭气藏型储气库的建设对保障我国中东部发达地区城市群经济持续发展、社会稳定意义重大。With the increase of natural gas market demand,the contradiction between natural gas supply and demand has become increasingly prominent.Each market subject has an urgent demand for peak shaving capacity.The construction of gas storage is the most effective means to ensure gas supply safety.The depleted gas reservoir gas storage is constructed by relying on long-distance pipeline,and the bottom gas source is sufficient.Considering the factors of gas storage geology,gas reservoir,pipe network and gas composition,it is proposed that the produced gas treatment process adopts wellhead gas volume control device,injection production integration and TEG dehydration integrated process technology.Study,digest and absorb the advanced technology of gas storage construction at home and abroad,adopt the primary station layout process for ground engineering,determine the gas injection and pressurization process of gas storage,select the motor-driven reciprocating gas injection compressor,and realize efficient and safe operation by optimizing the process.The construction of depleted gas reservoir gas storage is of great significance to ensure the sustainable economic development and social stability of urban agglomerations in the developed areas of central and eastern China.
