摘　　要：目的研究系统性疼痛护理管理对晚期癌症疼痛患者疼痛程度、心理情绪与生活质量的影响。方法选取2017年1月至2020年1月收治的晚期癌症疼痛患者186例,采用随机数字表法分为常规组和观察组,每组93例。常规组患者给予常规疼痛护理措施,观察组患者实施系统性疼痛护理管,比较干预前后2组疼痛程度(VRS)评分、面情绪[汉密尔顿焦虑量表(HAMA)评分、汉密尔顿抑郁量表(HAMD)评分]、生活质量测定量表(QOL)评分及匹兹堡睡眠质量指数量表(PSQI)评分。结果干预前,2组NRS评分、HAMA、HAMD评分、QOL评及PSQI评分比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);干预后,2组NRS评分、HAMA、HAMD评分、PSQI评分与干预前比较显著下降,且观察组明显低于常规组(P<0.05),2组QOL评分与干预前比较显著上升,且观察组明显高于常规组(P<0.05)。结论系统性疼痛护理管理能有效缓解晚期癌症疼痛患者疼痛程度,改善负面情绪,促进睡眠,提高生活质量。Objective To investigate the effects of systematic pain nursing management on the pain degree,psychological status and life quality of patients with advanced cancer pain.Methods A total of 186 patients with advanced cancer pain who were treated in our hospital from January 2017 to January 2020 were enrolled in the study,who were divided into two groups according to random number table methods,with 93 cases in each group.The patients in control group were treated by routine nursing measures,however,the patients in observation group were treated by systematic pain nursing management.The intervention effects were assessed by Verbal Rating Scale(VRS),Hamilton Anxiety Scale(HAMA),Hamilton Depression Scale(HAMD),Quality of Life Measurement Scale(QOL),and Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index(PSQI).Results Before intervention there were no significant differences in the NRS,HAMA,HAMD,QOL and PSQI scores between the two groups(P>0.05).After intervention,the scores of NRS,HAMA,HAMD and PSQI in both groups were significantly decreased,but QOL scores were significantly increased,moreover,the decrease degree and increase degree in observation group were more significant than those in control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Application of systematic pain nursing management can effectively alleviate the pain degree,ameliorate the negative emotions,improve sleep quality and life quality of patients with advanced cancer pain.
