摘  要:目的分析心肌营养素样细胞因子1(CLCF1)在移植肾功能恢复延迟(delayed graft function,DGF)中的表达变化,探讨该因子与DGF之间的关系。方法随机选择25例肾移植患者,其中DGF患者10例,无DGF患者15例,所有患者均进行术后血肌酐的动态监测。收集患者血浆,采用ELISA测定CLCF1的表达变化,比较其表达水平在2组间的差异。结果肾功能动态监测结果显示,DGF组血清肌酐水平持续维持在高水平,而IGF组血清肌酐水平很快下降。DGF组血浆CLCF1表达水平较对照组显著升高(P<0.05)。血肌酐下降值(ΔCr)与CLCF1呈正相关(r值分别为0.444、0.447和0.639,P<0.05),CLCF1水平越高血肌酐下降水平越差。结论CLCF1是肾移植DGF中的关键分子,其升高提示肾功能控制差,可能参与DGF的发生发展。Objective To investigate the changes of expression of CLCF1 in delayed graft function(DGF),and to explore the correlation between CLCF1 and DGF.Methods Twenty-five patients who underwent kidney transplantation were enrolled in the study,including 10 cases of DGF and 15 cases of immediate graft function(IGF).The changes of serum creatinine(Cr)were monitored dynamically,and the CLCF1 levels in plasma were detected by ELISA,and the CLCF1 levels were compared between the two groups.Results The serum Cr levels in DGF group were remained at high level,however,which decreased rapidly in IGF group.The plasma levels of CLCF1 were significantly increased in DGF group,as compared with those in IGF group(P<0.05).There was a significant correlation between the level of clcf1 and the level of serum creatinine(P<0.05).Higher levels of CLCF1 indicated the lower of the serum creatinine decrease.Conclusion CLCF1 is a crucial molecular in DGF of kidney transplantation.The increase of CLCF1 indicates poor control of graft function.Therefore,CLCF1 may participate in the regulation of DGF.
